Come join us!<br/>Commercial Finance Partner, communicative, and quality driven person in the Nordic business financial team. In this position you will support our sales organization in Sweden, measure performance, KPI’s, and ensure accurate data for sales commissions. You will analyze our commercial business and product development, making sure pricing models and finance processes are in place. The aim is to be sales teams go-to person for finance matters. You will report to the head of commercial finance in Sweden. The location is in Solna, Stockholm <h3>Essential Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Be the business partner for sales organization, single point of contact for all finance matters including, pricing, customer, and product data. Financial trusted advisor</li><li>Close collaboration with the sales leaders and FP&amp;A team to align on sales targets/budget and KPI’s </li><li>Ensure local pricing models are accurate and ready for sales organization. </li><li>Commission Calculation: oversee and support monthly commission calculation </li><li>Support SMB Business as Finance Partner </li></ul> <h3>Education/Experience and Competencies</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar. Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written. You bring a structured way of working combined with an analytical mind. 2 + years of experience within the Business controlling area and/or sales management. Skilled in understand, interpret and communicate financial information in a clear and concise way to different stakeholders. Experience from a global matrix organization would be a benefit.
