Project Costing Intern

Gain hands-on experience in cost accounting with a focus on project costing and construction in progress for owned and leased stores. Work closely with our Property Development Team and Brand Control while participating in monthly accounting meetings. Your responsibilities will include:

Where: Louisville, KY (Hybrid work environment) Primary remote and in office for intern events and team offsites.

Pay: Hourly pay for interns ranges from $18-$28 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and year in school.

Responsibilities:

• Handling construction in progress for owned and leased stores
• Assisting with capital expenditure forms and ensuring accurate coding
• Supporting major projects, including invoice reconciliation and coding to asset groups
• Working in ipayables and reconciling

Minimum Requirements:

• 0-1 years’ experience in general accounting.  
•  Currently in the last year of a Bachelor's or Graduate program, graduating in May
• Majoring in Accounting
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
