The role

Gentoo Media is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Student Assistant to join our Sales & Account Management team in Copenhagen. This is a great opportunity for a student who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced international company while balancing studies. You’ll be supporting the team with a variety of sales-related administrative tasks and learning how partnerships and client management work in the iGaming industry.

This is a part-time position, of 15-20 hours per week.

What you will be doing

• Assist with day-to-day sales administration 
• Support the team with reporting, documentation, and follow-ups 
• Help keep CRM and internal systems up to date 
• Contribute to general team tasks as needed

Who we are looking for

• Currently enrolled in a university program 
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn 
• Comfortable working with Excel/Office tools 
• Strong communication skills in English 
• A positive mindset and the ability to manage routine tasks with accuracy
