Home Care Registered Nurse

Baptist Health is looking for a Home Care Registered Nurse to join our team in Louisville, KY

The Home Care RN utilizing critical thinking skills evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the home environment and implements an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing physician, community resources and the patient's support system.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Professional license RN

· Valid Driver’s License

· BLS Healthcare Provider

· One year of experience as an Registered Nurse

· Home Health experience preferred
