About the Investments Tribe
At Investments, we want to make investing accessible to all our customers. We believe that investing is a great way for our customers to achieve their long-term life goals and needs. And we see it as our role to support them in that journey. With great, recognizable products, but above all: an excellent mobile experience, complemented with high-quality advisors for the moments that matter.
Your work environment
Working at Tribe Investments means working in a dynamic environment with a strong growth ambition. We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert that is responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the Investments platform. At ING Investments we play an important role to empower our customers to invest in a sustainable way. Data about sustainability is becoming more and more relevant each day. We’re looking for a colleague that has the drive and the ability to help us improve our data services and reporting towards customers (as well as to our internal stakeholders).
We develop and maintain services to give our clients insight into their investments portfolio and the assortment of instruments we offer. Examples of these services are:
- Instrument & market information (such as prices/quotes)
- Fund data & insights (such as cost information and legal documents)
- Search functionality
- Sustainability reporting
What you will do: Together with your team, the product teams within our tribe, the mobile teams, and others, you will work on:
- Delivering data showing our clients what they are investing in and how those instruments are performing
- Offering the right instrument data so our clients can find the investment product they want
- Implementing & maintaining the necessary sustainability data feeds that reflect ING’s ESG priorities
- Creating and maintaining ESG reporting that’s in line with regional and international frameworks (such as periodic disclosure and SBTI reporting), ensuring ING complies with applicable ESG-related regulations
- Manage and improve the processes we use to deliver data to our users
What you bring
- You are data-oriented and willing to dive deep into our investments platform to improve and automate the main flows of data that fuel our services
- You are passionate and knowledgeable about investments and have a feeling for what information and tooling clients need to start investing
- You are interested in sustainability and the role it can play in the investments domain
- You have experience working in a multidisciplinary team with engineers and CJEs/business analysts
- You are able to bridge the gap between business and tech, and together with the team refine the epics, features and stories that the engineers implement in the app
- You are an organized person by nature, are able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time, and combine project management skills with a focus on delivery
- You enjoy context switching from solving incidents to technical refinement, discussions with suppliers and designing new solutions to help our clients
- You are able to manage internal and external stakeholders to gather the right input and manage expectations on our roadmap.
