We are seeking a Production Control Analyst that will provide direct support to the production floor within the RFT Microelectronics Area. This role plays a critical part in aligning material availability with production requirements to ensure seamless execution of factory goals. The ideal candidate will operate across multiple shop floor and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) related systems, work closely with all operations stakeholders while leveraging factory performance metrics to maintain system integrity and precision support to our customers.
What You Will Do
- Develop production kit release plans that align with MRP and Operation requirements
- Provide production floor support including floor material staging, monitoring Work in Progress (WIP) movement, transacting of the completion of units within the shop floor MES and MRP systems and support of delivery to next higher assembly area (inventory and shipment).
- Prepare and present department delivery status at the Weekly OTD Meeting (On Time Delivery)
- Collaborate within the cross functional matrix organization including interactions with engineering, purchasing, logistics and quality.
- Provide Daily and Weekly status reports of work in progress, cycle time, material availability. Work with the team to identify potential production hurdles to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
- Support the RFT Microelectronics MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) and Equipment Spares Inventory Area. Work in a team to conduct Inventory cycle counts, update and monitor inventory Min/Max levels, issue and track parts to equipment and operations personnel. Submit purchase requests (PR’s) to maintain proper inventory levels.
- This will be an onsite role in our Andover, MA facility.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Production and/or and Planning Control, MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with ERP systems or Special program access
- Production Control, planning or supply chain experience in a fast-paced Semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and Organizational skills
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
