Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have At least 1-year of experience working in similar positions with a concentration on high-volume food and beverage service. Must have a friendly personality, strong work ethic, ability to work well with others, excellent communication skills, passion for hospitality, dedication to customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our standards for guest satisfaction and food, cocktails, and service.

Availability and Scheduling:

Must have open availability and willingness to work a combination of days and nights and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and Seat guests
• Take reservations and manage a waitlist
• Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages
• Provide service to guests in carryout/delivery experience
• Thank all guests for their visit as they leave
• Complete required cleaning/disinfecting/sanitizing procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned by leader/manager
