• Responsibilities. Responsible for leading the design, development, and customization of Salesforce applications using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as middleware solutions. Design and oversee the Salesforce data model, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Implement Salesforce security settings, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules. Utilize version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket) to manage and track changes in the Salesforce codebase. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Identify and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular status updates. Run team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions. Collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration of new features and updates. Deliver iterative Salesforce solutions in alignment with Agile practices. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprints and stand-ups. Ensure the scalability and reliability of the Salesforce platform. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Apex; Visualforce; Lightning Component framework; SOQL; Custom objects; Object oriented programming including C# or Java; JavaScript; Web services; HTML and CSS; REST/SOAP APIs; Middleware; Salesforce Data and Security Models; Salesforce Dev OPS and versioning Systems; Salesforce Flows; and Salesforce Einstein – analytics, forecasting, activity capture.
