These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced individual who can help our clients with a broad range of matters related to <em>regulatory </em><em>and risk management</em><em>.</em></p><p>You'll work with organizations to identify and assess evolving changes to regulations impacting their business. You’ll implement effective and efficient processes to achieve regulatory compliance, manage financial and non-financial risk, embed effective risk management functions and processes, set-up governance and compliance structures to enable sound decision-making, and develop strategies to react quickly and confidently when faced with an issue or crisis. And you'll work with our Nordic and wider global network of experts to share ideas and take advantage of new technologies to understand and resolve issues.</p><p>As an experienced professional, you'll be exposed to a wide array of strategic and high-profile projects across all sectors - from Financial Services and Consumer &amp; Technology Business to Government &amp; Public Sector organizations. Your tasks will primarily be to lead and participate in interdisciplinary projects, assist in sales and marketing work, as well as take an active role developing tools and methodologies.</p><p>Projects may include helping clients with:</p><ul><li>Financial and operational risk management related policies, procedures and strategies</li><li>Credit risk models (including PD, LGD and EAD) for IFRS 9 and Basel Internal Ratings Based (IRB) models</li><li>Capital management and stress testing, including ICAAP / ILAAP</li><li>Regulatory reporting processes (for example COREP / Pillar 3 / FINREP)</li><li>Model risk management and model validation, including Trustworthy AI Frameworks</li><li>Corporate Governance structures, policies and framework design and implementation</li><li>Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), including the establishment of risk taxonomies, risk appetite, risk indicators, reporting, and operating models</li><li>Operational resilience and Business Continuity Management (BCM)</li><li>Compliance support, including regulatory monitoring and interpretation, and compliance controls</li><li>Design of future-proof risk management and compliance functions</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong academic background</li><li>3 – 4 years+ experience working with risk management, regulatory or compliance related topics</li><li>Understanding of Norwegian and EU regulatory frameworks</li><li>Excellent communication and ability to engage and advise clients from operational to senior executive level</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written)</li><li>Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written)</li><li>Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience leading and coaching teams/individuals</li></ul><p><em>Considered an advantage</em></p><ul><li>Programming and coding skills; for example - Python, R, SQL</li><li>Financial sector experience</li><li>Experience from a leading consultancy, accountancy or large corporate institution</li><li>Strong understanding of data, machine learning, AI and general data management concepts</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What can we offer you?</strong></p><p>We offer a large and varied range benefits for our employees.
