Functions & Responsibilities

The job consists of tracking and monitoring end-to-end the process of defining, planning, developing, testing and deploying SW functionalities defined to satisfy incoming demand requests from different users. This process is guided by an annual Plan Director and follows a predefined quarterly planning and execution cycle. All incoming demand is reviewed, registered and assigned for execution to the development teams; these development teams are measured on different metrics and KPIs that need to be collected, tracked and analyzed to identify areas of improvement. Additionally, all the information from this monitoring needs to be organized and reported at different levels to facilitate decision making in other areas

 

Required skills

• Preferred technical background (engineering, computer science or data science)
• Proficiency with basic office automation and reporting tools (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
• Communication and interpersonal skills to work very closely with remote teams
• Ability to work semi-independently with minimum guidance and taking the initiative
• Ability to lead small projects with multifunctional teams
• Analytic skills to derive conclusions and action items from data
• Language skills: English and Portuguese

 

Valuable experience

• PMO or similar
• Knowledge of SW Development Life Cycle and agile development methodology and metrics
• Familiarity with payment industry business model and key concepts
