The Growth Technology Associate II plays an essential role in powering CK’s engagement operations. Your goal is to optimize user retention on our platform by collaborating with Growth Marketers, Product, and Engineering to deliver highly personalized campaigns and product experiences affecting millions of members daily across multiple channels, such as email, push notifications, and in-app, through the creation and management of intricate data segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing managers to effectively implement omni-channel campaigns using our advanced proprietary marketing automation platform.
  • Design and sustain sophisticated data segments using SQL and GitHub that power Credit Karma email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Apply your evolved analytical and technical abilities to devise segmentation and targeting strategies using our data platform. Work in close coordination with the Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, Copy, Design, and Brand teams to execute our campaigns.
  • Commit to ensuring that the experiences created for our members are consistently of superior quality.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a quantitative role.
  • Technical degree (CS, MIS, Math, Physics, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms to implement growth marketing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and an exceptional analytical mindset.
  • In-depth familiarity with marketing analytics frameworks, with an emphasis on email, push, and in-app analytics.
  • Experience with developer-oriented tools (GitHub) is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record in effectively managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive and highly capable multi-tasker and problem-solver, with a hands-on approach.
