In this role, you will help ensure our sales teams operate efficiently, forecast accurately, and drive predictable, data-backed growth. Working closely with Mid-Market Sales Leadership, you will contribute to operational excellence by delivering actionable insights, streamlining processes, and strengthening rigor across the sales motion.

What you'll get to do
• Sales Process Optimization
• Identify root causes of friction or inefficiency across the sales cycle using quantitative analysis and data modeling; recommend improvements to increase sales velocity, conversion, and predictability.
• Partner closely with frontline sales leaders to operationalize best practices, reinforce process adherence, and ensure decisions are grounded in insights rather than intuition.
• CRM Management & Reporting
• Own Salesforce (or applicable CRM) data hygiene, pipeline governance, and reporting accuracy, ensuring the integrity of the data powering sales insights and leadership decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, views, and workflows that empower sellers and leaders to make informed, evidence-based decisions with real-time data.
• Analytics & Insights
• Develop and deliver actionable performance insights, KPIs, and trend analyses for Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Conduct deep-dive, ad hoc analysis to identify funnel trends, risk patterns, whitespace opportunities, and other data signals—translating findings into clear narratives and recommendations that shape strategic decisions.
• Forecasting & Planning Support
• Support quarterly and annual planning cycles, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota allocation, grounded in data integrity and historical performance analysis.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to drive forecasting accuracy through disciplined data review, improved forecasting behaviors, and ongoing optimization of the forecasting process.
• Tool Management & Enablement
• Support rollout, configuration, and adoption of key sales tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo), ensuring tools are leveraged to generate insights and reinforce performance standards.
• Ensure tools are integrated and aligned with sales motions to maximize productivity, measurement accuracy, and data consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align on shared metrics, data standards, and operational levers.
• Act as a strategic business partner to sales leaders, using data and analytical rigor to influence decisions, drive accountability, and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Skills and experience we value
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar data-focused role (ideally within SaaS or a high-growth tech environment).
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets, with strong experience building analyses, models, and data-backed insights.
• Strong analytical toolkit with demonstrated experience manipulating, interpreting, and synthesizing large datasets.
• Proven ability to apply a data-driven, hypothesis-based approach to problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining clarity, structure, and analytical rigor.
