How you will make an impact:

As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will work closely with Quality Control, Customers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that solutions in development and in production meet the needs of our customer base and are compatible with the regulatory environment of our industry.

  • Responsible for overseeing the creation, revision, distribution, and archival of controlled documents, including SOP’s, work instructions, and quality records.
  • Support during audits/inspections both internal and external and on cross-functional teams by preparing documentation packages and ensuring document traceability.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for document control processes across departments such as Quality, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Administer the electronic document management system, including user access, training, workflows, and maintenance.
  • Ensure documentation compliance with applicable regulations (cGMP) and internal quality procedures.

This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

The skills and experience you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Assurance, Information Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience working with BOM’s, ECN’s and documentation control, preferably in a regulated industry (medical device, biotech, manufacturing).
  • Proficiency in document control software and systems (e.g., SharePoint, Agile).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently a well as a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of document lifecycle management, version control, and audit readiness.
