Responsibilities:
Lead the Charge: You will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts in North America, co-defining and executing our marketing strategy. Your creative and strategic thinking will drive our marketing campaigns and event strategy across various industries, personas, and geographies. Campaign management and identifying potential go-to-market strategies for localization will be an essential part of this role, along with increasing our digital presence through campaigns that drive lead generation and increased engagement, loyalty, and awareness.
Collaboration is Key: Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will spearhead efforts to meet local and global marketing targets. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in leading Partner Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and Customer Marketing efforts in North America and co-drive content, PR, and PMM strategy. In this position you will regularly share updates with the broader sales and marketing team on outputs of campaigns and global marketing strategy.
Track, Measure, and Optimize: Owning the success of local awareness, lead generation, and KPIs for pipeline generation targets, you'll continuously track and report on key performance indicators. Your ability to analyze the entire lead funnel view will drive data-driven decision-making. You will also manage the North America marketing budget.Leadership: As a servant leader, you will embody the core values of empathy, humility, and dedication, empowering your team to flourish, while fostering a collaborative environment that fuels performance and drives innovation in our North American marketing endeavors

- Multitasker: Organized and efficient, you can manage multiple campaigns and promotions concurrently, delivering exceptional results.
