About the role:
The Group Marketing Manager (GMM), Marketing Activation, Corporate Accounts & Healthcare Solutions, will lead strategic direction and drive business growth through customer insights, communications, and engagement. This role includes the leadership of a high-performing team, driving the execution of comprehensive digital and communication plans, and ensuring alignment with Corporate Accounts (CA) and healthcare solutions objectives. With Director-level oversight, the GMM will collaborate across divisions to execute growth strategies and achieve business targets.
This position is based in Arden Hills, MN, and operates in a hybrid role, with at least 3 days on-site each week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead a high-performance marketing team by developing top talent. Set clear objectives, hold team members accountable for results, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Foster a 'never-arrive' mindset to drive innovation.
- Strategic Growth Execution: Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define and execute strategies that prioritizes growth drivers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with divisional leaders, peers, and teams to integrate Corporate Accounts strategy with broader company goals. Drive internal communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams on shared priorities, including content creation, sales enablement, and competitive alignment.
- Comprehensive Communication Plans: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, including both digital and in-person engagement tactics (e.g., conferences, sales meetings). Oversee the execution of external communication strategies, including social media, marketing automation, and customer engagement initiatives. Manage field communications channels and content including Showpad, SPOT, and LAR approvals. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and inform future strategy.
- Customer Insights & Engagement: Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs to shape impactful communication strategies. Lead external communication efforts for key events, including MedAxiom, conferences and Innovation Center visits. Drive engagement with the CVSL Advisory Board, ensuring initiatives align with strategic objectives. Foster cohesive customer engagement while maintaining alignment between external and internal communications.
- Operational Leadership: Manage the operational budget and resource allocation required for plan execution. Oversee the team’s use of marketing tools and methodologies to eliminate barriers, ensuring effective marketing strategy implementation across the team.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Science, Healthcare/Biomedical)
- Minimum of 7 years of medical device or pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Proven leadership in driving cross-functional initiatives and leading teams to achieve strategic goals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, physicians, administrators, and executives
- Ability to travel up to 20%
