Description

The Data Architect Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprisewide data architecture and governance frameworks. This role ensures robust, scalable, and secure data platforms are in place to support analytics, application integration, and business intelligence needs across the organization. The lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies, troubleshoot systems, and guide teams on data best practices.
Design and maintain robust data architectures that support scalable data pipelines and enterprise-wide analytics.
Test programs or databases, correct errors, and make necessary modifications to optimize performance.Write and maintain technical documentation of improvements and changes made to system technologies.
Troubleshoot various database system issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Implement new database technologies, cloud data platforms, and security solutions that comply with governance and compliance standards.
Lead cloud migration strategies for onpremises data systems and ensure cloudnative best practices are adopted.
Mentor junior data engineers and architects, providing support and constructive feedback to drive team growth.

Mandatory Skills

Technical Skills Mandatory: Deep expertise in database management systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and programming languages like Python, Java, or C#.
