In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our in-house recruiters to ensure a seamless and positive interview experience for candidates.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage all aspects of logistics on-site and virtual interview scheduling, including travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates, while providing top-notch support.</li> <li>Collaborate with assigned Recruiters to enhance the candidate experience through scheduling interviews and effective follow-up communication.</li> <li>Handle sensitive personal documents and assist candidates with expense reimbursement.</li> <li>Update structured interview processes in our ATS (Greenhouse), including developing scorecards and managing job postings.</li> <li>Maintain high-quality communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to leave a positive impression.</li> <li>Troubleshoot any issues related to the Greenhouse ATS, serving as the primary contact for candidate inquiries and updates.</li> <li>Work closely with internal teams, hiring managers, and recruiting groups to streamline recruitment efforts.</li> <li>Address support requests and escalate them to management as necessary.</li> <li>Assist with additional operations and research projects as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit</strong></p> <ul> <li>Up
