In this role, work with a Senior JD Edwards Analyst to learn the JD Edwards applications and provide application support, gather requirements, resolve issues and gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside senior IT professionals. As a Junior IT Analyst, you’ll play an active role in supporting our business systems and growing your technical expertise. In this role, you will:
• Provide day-to-day support for JD Edwards applications, ensuring smooth operations for business users.
• Learn and develop skills in Cognos Analytics for reporting and providing insights.
• Partner with Senior IT Analysts and Leaders to perform analysis and problem-solving efforts.
• Share recommendations on software enhancements and tools to help improve efficiency and performance.
• Actively participate in team meetings and cross-functional projects.
• Take ownership of special projects.
Additional Desired Skills:
• Experience working with business users
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
• SQL script programming
• Cognos Report writing
Education/ Experience:
1-2 years experience in a business setting
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT experience
