If you are looking to stretch and grow your career our culture will embrace you. Open up opportunities with HPE.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>   </p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li><b>Governance Management:</b> Lead the governance structure for the LASER SSP &amp; Enablement Team, weekly meetings, regular sessions with managers LASER &amp; Countries, monthly one-to-one meetings, goal alignment and team efficiency. Important component of Governance is team meetings and regular communications of specific SSP/Enablement topics. This team member will be responsible for the planning and execution of monthly virtual ATM meetings, manage team email communications including quarterly bonus updates and bi-weekly metrics reports, and facilitate ongoing engagement initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and promote alignment.</li><li><b>Cross SSP/Enablement Program Coordination:</b> Act as the central point of coordination for strategic programs and initiatives across SSP/Enablement team members. Support SSP Leader to identifying key stakeholders, tracking progress, and driving impactful outcomes. Consolidate inputs from different team members for different initiatives to have consistent implementation in the Geo. Support for goal differentiation and alignment through different roles and support SSP Geo leader to track goal achievement on regular activities and ad hoc programs. Foster engagement through collaborative team-building initiatives and best practice sharing.</li><li><b>Hygiene Metrics Analysis and Reporting:</b> Manage the extraction, analysis, and reporting of hygiene metrics for each LASER country, generating actionable insights and identifying trends to drive improvements. Prepare and distribute data-driven reports with strategic recommendations that support local teams in achieving performance standards.</li><li><b>Support on agenda and materials for all regular Spanish Leadership meetings</b></li><li><b>Quarterly ATMs Spain and all other team meetings (kickoffs, …)- </b>Prepare agenda and materials, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives, coordination with speakers. Help with logistics if required.
