The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services. </p> <p>This collaborative environment will provide the capabilities required for HUGO BOSS to maximise data usage and support its growth trajectory towards becoming the leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide.</p> <p><br/></p> <h2>What you will do</h2> <p><br/></p> <ul><li>Oversee and manage various small to large size projects and support the entire process on IT side of the creation of new eCommerce features.</li><li>Plan and ensure the seamless execution of project workflows and collaboration of agile product teams as well as project teams.</li><li>Steer and manage the project of architecture renewal, starting from concept creation and MVP definition to implementation, while ensuring a seamless and secure roll-out.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to successfully drive projects and their efficiency.</li><li>Improve the overall project planning and organisation and enhance an agile mindset in collaboration withthe whole team and stakeholders.</li><li>Manage the project by stage as defined by the PMO process and standards.</li><li>Manage all risks and issues associated with the project escalating where required to assure project delivery.</li><li>Manage all changes in scope of the project per the PMO process, escalating to the project steering board when requirement changes have an impact on agreed delivery time and budget.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce.</li><li>Proven track record delivering on large Salesforce Service Cloud programmes.</li><li>Understanding of the full development cycle.</li><li>Knowledge of web technologies.</li><li>Agile and Scrum experience.</li></ul> <p><br/></p> <h2>What you will bring </h2> <p><br/></p> <ul><li>Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Applied Computer Sciences, or related areas.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in agile methodologies and IT Management or driving bigger IT projects in the fields of system migration and rollout.</li><li>Technological knowledge in e-Commerce architecture, solutions, and integration technologies.</li><li>Experience in a position with comparable complexity.</li><li>Strong and demonstrable experience of leading Projects in an Agile environment.</li><li>Extensive knowledge about systems, schema, orchestration, mapping, etc.</li><li>Integration system experience: ERP, Ecommerce platforms and MarketPlaces.</li><li>Working experience on RESTful API integration, XML and JSON files.</li><li>Experience on Jira and Confluence software.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, team spirit and proactive attitude.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>(Nice to have) Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience.</li></ul> <p>In a changing world, diversity and inclusion are core values for team well-being and performance.
