🧰 What You'll Do:

As our Maintenance Director, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our building, grounds, and systems in top-notch condition. From HVAC to housekeeping, fire panels to flower beds—you’ll make sure everything works like a dream. You’ll lead a team, manage preventive maintenance, respond to resident needs, and ensure we stay ahead of safety codes and high expectations.

🛎️ Responsibilities include:

• Leading and inspiring a skilled Maintenance & Housekeeping Team
• Overseeing building systems, repairs, and upkeep
• Managing vendor relationships and contracts
• Conducting safety trainings and ensuring code compliance
• Making residents feel safe, heard, and happy—every day

🧑‍🔧 What You Bring:

• 2+ years in a maintenance leadership role (senior living or hospitality a plus!)
• Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry
• EPA 608 Certification preferred (or willingness to earn it)
• Strong organization, leadership, and customer service skills
• Ability to be on-call and respond to emergencies
• Passion for helping people and making a difference
