We are implementing a ground-breaking program which will streamline processes, enhance systems, improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen business partnerships and improve opportunities for personal skill-building and professional growth.</p><p></p><p>EMEA Senior FP&amp;A Analyst - ISC/Manufacturing is an extension of Plant/Site finance teams. This is an FP&amp;A role for the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). The person in this position interacts with the Plant and Regional Finance teams and, more broadly, with the Global ISC Finance organisation.</p><p></p><p>This role primarily involves supporting the planning process, annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews. In addition, this position will support high-value-added business analytics and drive the development of senior management presentations for this dynamic and growing region.</p><p></p><h1><b>What will you be doing?</b></h1><ul><li><p>Coordinating closely with plant finance teams to review projections, budgets and historical results, loading budget and forecast adjustments into the system.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the monthly reports, forecasts, and the annual budget / strategic plan preparation.</p></li><li><p>Supporting the delivery of comprehensive monthly reporting packages for management, including monthly reviews of budget vs. actual results and variances with P&amp;L/cost centre owner, etc.</p></li><li><p>Partnering with FP&amp;A Regional, Local, and Corporate resources within manufacturing/supply chain organizations to understand, drive and support decision-making, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.</p></li><li><p>Performing strategic ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to assess business performance and facilitate decision-making and business support.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating closely with the FP&amp;A Global Delivery Center (GDC) and other cross-functional leads to support the creation of budgets, forecasts and management reports while ensuring compliance with all quality/control requirements.</p></li><li><p>Taking part in knowledge transfer of FP&amp;A activities, establishing operating and checklists to streamline and centralize processes by driving continuous improvements and maximizing efficiencies.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Who are we looking for?</b></h1><ul><li><p>Financial Analyst with a demonstration of key finance competencies, with 4+ years of relevant experience with financial planning and reporting within <span>Production/Manufacturing</span> areas</p></li><li><p>Expert with technical and financial knowledge, including an understanding of internal control requirements and accounting principles.</p></li><li><p>Person with excellent analytical skills with familiarity of accounting and financial modelling (experience in statistical modelling techniques is a plus).</p></li><li><p>Self-starter with excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills and full English language proficiency.</p></li><li><p>Experience with VBA, JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion Planning, and Cognos would be assets.</p></li><li><p>In terms of education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field is required.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What do we offer?</b></h1><ul><li><p>Fixed-term contract for maternity cover with the possibility to extend to permanent</p></li><li><p>Competitive salary, annual bonuses, recognition award program.</p></li><li><p>Culture is based on our values: collaboration, speed, courage and simplicity.</p></li><li><p>Possibilities for development on a personal and professional level in one of the leading global MedTech companies.</p></li><li><p>Package of benefits including Private medical care (Lux Med), Life Insurance, and Multisport card.</p></li><li><p>Bax4U - cafeteria/lunch cards (300 PLN monthly).</p></li><li><p>PPE program with very attractive conditions available for each employee after 3 months.</p></li><li><p>Fully covered
