Lead Butler at Skylofts at MGM Grand

THE JOB:

As a Lead Butler at the Skylofts at MGM Grand, you will greet guests with a warm, friendly welcome and guide them through every phase of their experience. Making sure to create WOW memories for our esteemed guests are at the core of your responsibilities.

THE STARTING RATE: $21/hr Plus Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued from the moment of arrival

• Guide guests through all phases of their stay, making sure it is a memorable experience

• Demonstrate expertise in serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as familiarity with all menu offerings

• Adhere to established service protocols and procedures as directed by management

• Accurately process billing transactions

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure adequate stock levels at assigned areas, side stations, tables, and POS stations

• Proactively anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet both guest and team needs

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• Five (5) years of prior relevant experience as a server in a fine dining establishment

• Prior experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality

• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including Microsoft Office and related software

• Previous bartending experience

• Familiarity with cigars, wines, and spirits

• Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages

• Must possess TAM and Food Handlers card
