Job Description

Conduct detailed postpaid portfolio analysis and effectively communicate credit insights and recommendations to stakeholders within the company

Job Description:

• Engage Credit and Billing Management, Business executives, and cross-functional teams with compelling data-driven insights and strategy recommendations.
• Utilize analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Looker Studio to perform data builds, create dashboards, and conduct ad hoc reports for monitoring credit quality metrics.
• Craft visualizations and deliver business storytelling to communicate quantitative and qualitative analyses, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with various teams to address insighting needs, ensuring credit risks are considered in business and credit policy decisions.
• Proactively monitor and analyze special programs, offering post-mortem insights and recommendations.
• Conduct statistical analysis and model validation to ensure compliance with IFRS9 standards.
• Play a vital role in data submission to credit bureaus and support the development of Robotic Process Automations (RPA) and machine learning models.
• Keep abreast of changes in data sources and business requirements, enhancing scripts and dashboards accordingly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related courses.
• Strong financial and numerical background demonstrated through past experience and education.
• High analytical capability and excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient in programming (SQL, Python).
• Confident, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player.
