About the Role:
Responsible for managing a line of business serving and supporting Financial Institutions and Corporate clients. Responsible for developing key growth strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve
strategic initiatives
What You Will Do:
- Responsible and accountable for development and executing sales, relationship management, & retention strategies to deliver growth in accordance with Pathward Managed strategic and financial goals.
- Oversees and manages a team of sales & relationship individual contributors, including establishing and managing KPI’s and objectives aligned with Pathward’s strategic initiatives.
- Accurately forecasts future sales and retention opportunities, through pipeline and analytics reporting
- Regularly reports to senior management on progress toward sales and retention goals.
- Serves as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, workshops, social media campaigns, trade shows and expositions to retain and attract new clients and Sales Agents.
- Develops and executes lead acquisition and Sales Agent strategies in partnership with the Marketing department.
- Negotiates contracts in line with Legal direction and in the best interest of Pathward.
- Actively participates in annual budget planning and monthly financial reviews.
- Partners with product management, Client Success, marketing and relevant stakeholders to innovate and improve product offerings, technology and services based on aggregated issues, suggestions and client feedback.
- Provides coaching, support and staff development.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
- Typically 12+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.

Salary range: $151,672.07 – $250,258.92
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
