Our client is a boutique financial advisory firm specializing in CFO services, financial modeling, and strategic guidance for growing businesses. Led by a CFA/CPA professional with extensive experience in fintech, AI, and proptech, we help companies raise capital and build strong financial foundations. Our firm is transitioning from a referral-based model to expand our reach through professional platforms.

Why does this role exist?
We're seeking a Fiverr and Upwork Specialist to manage our platform presence and enhance our outreach efforts. This role is crucial in transitioning our business development strategy from purely referral-based to a more proactive approach, ensuring timely proposal submissions and follow-ups while maintaining our professional standards. 

The Impact you’ll make

Platform Management 

• Manage and optimize profiles on Fiverr and Upwork
• Submit high-quality proposals consistently
• Monitor platform analytics and opportunities

Outreach and Communication 

• Execute cold outreach strategies
• Conduct timely follow-ups
• Manage email communications professionally

Administrative Support 

• Handle calendar management
• Organize and track proposal submissions
• Maintain communication records

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience with Fiverr and Upwork platforms
• Proven track record in proposal writing and submission
• Experience in professional business communication
• Demonstrated success in cold outreach
• Strong email management skills
• WFH Set-Up:
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:

• Remote position
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM PST (Eastern Standard Time)
• Occasional weekend availability for urgent matters
• 20 hours per week

Compensation:

• $7 per hour
• No benefits package included
