We are thrilled to collaborate with a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry in the search for a highly motivated and accomplished Senior Clinical Specialist in Salt Lake City, UT. Our partner is an Equal Opportunity Employer and focuses on innovative solutions in oncology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robust territory business plans to drive adoption of the flagship product.
- Exceed sales goals, key performance indicators, and management objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and office managers.
- Engage healthcare professionals in impactful discussions about the product's benefits.
- Utilize approved resources and messages effectively to achieve targets.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including clinical nurse educators, marketers, and medical science liaisons.
- Coordinate engaging promotional speaker programs in partnership with relevant vendors.
- Provide valuable competitive market intelligence to brand teams and management.
- Monitor operating costs and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 6+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record of success in competitive markets.
- Experience in launch and/or oncology preferred.
- Market Access or Reimbursement experience a plus.
- Deep understanding of the oncology landscape, especially breast cancer, preferred.

Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. Travel may be required (up to 50%).
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position requires significant use of a personal vehicle to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the role. Reimbursement for personal vehicle use for business is provided. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, however, working on a weekend may also be required.
