Come and join our Operations Paris team!</p> <p> </p> <p>About the Team</p> <p> </p> <p>Supporting the Property underwriting team in the Paris Corporate Solutions office, you will be part of our dynamic Operations team comprised of 12 expert professionals from various backgrounds ensuring our clients experience and outstanding level of service, acting as the key point of contact for business administration internally and externally. </p> <p>The position reports into the Operations Manager France based in Paris.</p> <p> </p> <p>About the role</p> <p> </p> <p>Policy Administration</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct initial deal analysis and prepare applicable account data</p> </li> <li> <p>Keep up to date information in systems and tools</p> </li> <li> <p>Regular interaction with external customers (brokers/insureds)</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare invoices, policies, certificates and all other contractual documentation</p> </li> <li> <p>Compile, sort, review and verify data accuracy using source documents, detect errors, and initiate correction while following-up with customer or process owner regarding any inconsistencies found.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support underwriters in coordinating and preparing data for client meetings, and also participate to the meeting</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordination of International Programs : prepare and send instructions to local countries, answer requests from local offices,  follow up of policy issuance and premium payment</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Project involvement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate on the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, tools and processes improvements, and testing/ piloting changes</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>About you</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p>Knowledge of insurance principles, in particular Property insurance</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of Insurance Accounting principles</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in International Program management</p> </li> <li> <p>Quality focused, attention to detail and solution oriented, ability to identify and report problems</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in French and English</p> </li> <li> <p>Goal-orientation and dedication to continuous learning</p> </li> <li> <p>Teamwork, building and maintain effective working relations with people in a multi-cultural environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Good understanding of IT and Project Management related methodology and processes</p> </li> <li> <p>Insurance university degree preferred</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We provide feedback to all candidates via email.
