By collaborating with various Carvana teams, the Safe &amp; Secure Team delivers strategic planning, security program development, technology innovation, asset protection processes, data analytics, crisis management, and project management. In partnership with the Remote Safe &amp; Secure Team and the Support Safe &amp; Secure Team - the Field Safe &amp; Secure Team is an integral part of our Safe &amp; Secure Organization.</p> <p>The Field Safe &amp; Secure Manager will be responsible for implementing enterprise programs and ensuring the effective adaptation by the appropriate team within one or more designated facilities. They will provide day to day leadership of the Safe and Secure Team. The ideal candidate must possess leadership and people management skills, strong communication skills,
