We are currently looking for a Receptionist for our location in Athens.

Your responsibilities

• As the receptionist: coordinate visitors, manage incoming phone calls, receive and sorting daily mail, courier service deliveries
• As the office manager: supplies for the office and kitchen, building maintenance technical staff, and so on
• Making travel arrangements, hotels reservations, check-ins, air tickets, parking, and restaurants
• Support Managing Director and the team to coordinate and supervise daily operations
• On top: organize management's scheduling needs, support to organize events, daily absences recording,

 

Your profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience on similar position
• Self-motivated, resourceful, detailed-oriented, and organized with a high degree of energy and drive
• Great communication skills
• Strong customer orientation  and communication skills
• Good English skills –level B2
