Job Description

1. Tasks as Data Security Partner is:

• Cooperation with management to identify relevant controls over data entry
• Assess the accuracy of information and recommend improvements and strengthen controls that prevent and detect data errors
• Reporting on compliance monitoring
• Training staff
• Ensuring privacy compliance audits take place
• Raising employee awareness

2. Tasks as Local Authorization Coordinator is:

• Defining and reducing critical user authorization and critical combination of authorization
• Cooperation with management to alignment of user rights and separation of critical authorizations
• Monitoring of used applications and preparation of documentation
• Rights management
• Internal audits
• Regular permission reviews with Master of Roles and managers

3. Task as Internal Auditor is:

• Execution of internal audits on the basis of central directives
• The scope of audits covers all processes in which financial flows are involved

Qualifications

• University degree (Business and Administration, Finance or similar)
• Certificate of internal auditor ISO 27001
• Experience min. 2 years in a similar position
• Very good level of English
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Professional experience in an international company
• Proactivity, dynamism and independence in action
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organization of working time and planning own work
• Analytical approach and details orintation
