The Omnichannel and Self-Service Analytics team (with Service Insights and Solutions) is seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic individual contributor to spearhead the analytics for the newly funded strategic priority in Small Commercial Digitization. This is an exciting opportunity to build something new and make a significant impact on our organization's technological roadmap to elevate our self-service capabilities.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building a comprehensive analytics framework that supports our goals in Small Commercial. This role will be instrumental in defining key business outcomes that we need to measure, identifying the necessary data, and collaborating with our Data Office and Solutions teams to establish robust data solution. You will have the opportunity to influence and drive insights that enhance our digital self-service capabilities, ultimately shaping the customer experience across Small Commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Technology, and Solutions, to articulate digital trends, strategies, and insights that guide decision-making.
- Outcome Measurement: Identify, define, and prioritize the business outcomes we need to measure to support Small Commercial’s digital strategic vision.
- Infrastructure Development: Lead the design and optimization of scalable data solutions to meet our analytical needs, providing clarity and insights into digital usage and customer behavior.
- Data Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with the Data Office and key business stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements, ensuring our analytics solutions are tailored to meet the needs of the organization.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights, proactively identifying issues and communicating solutions to stakeholders.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data quality and governance standards, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and security of our analytics infrastructure.
- Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert in digital and self-service analytics, providing guidance and support to teams across Small Commercial.

- Comfort in navigating ambiguity and a strong desire to innovate and drive business results.
- SQL experience, Snowflake experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe/site analytics a plus
- Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience managing complex projects with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or any other quantitative field plus a minimum 5 years of applied business / non-academic experience preferred.
- For non-Master s Degree candidates, Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 7 years of applied business/non-academic experience, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of developing and applying modeling to business problems. Deep knowledge of data sources, tools and business drivers.
