Our Corporate Reporting team is an integral part of Deloitte's internal finance function. Comprising dedicated professionals with a diverse skillset covering Operational and Business Finance, Corporate Reporting and Strategic Projects, we in Deloitte Finance oversee the financial management of all Deloitte activities. Job Description

Are you an experienced finance professional looking to take on a pivotal role in management reporting to senior leadership? Do you excel in a dynamic and demanding environment and thrive as a strategic partner in financial management to our C-suite?

As a Finance Consultant, you will be an integral part of Deloitte’s Corporate Reporting team, working independently and closely with colleagues across the organization to deliver high-quality, actionable, and insightful management reporting. You will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the organization by providing financial oversight, facilitating sound management decisions, and optimizing financial performance. Your duties will include managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness and play a vital role in transforming our financial processes.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Leading financial operations in coordination with colleagues from Finance, IT, and various business units.
• Building strong relationships across Finance and other functions to thoroughly understand business needs and requirements.
• Analyzing and prioritizing reporting process issues and maintaining a comprehensive overview of incidents and changes.
• Taking the initiative in driving progress and independently solving complex problems.
• Actively participating in the continuous development and optimization of financial processes and supporting high-priority projects and business requests.
• Maintaining and enhancing Finance-owned data to support management reporting and planning processes.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A master's degree with a strong academic track record in Finance, Economics, or another related field.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in a finance role, preferably in an international organization, with a solid financial knowledge and skillset.
• Curiosity to understand business requirements and a passion for improving processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both Danish and English being a requirement.
• A diligent and analytical mindset that can provide insights from complex data.
