SAP FINANCE (FICO) PRINCIPAL

We are looking for a talented (Hybrid) SAP Finance (FICO) Principal to join our team for our Business Transformation Unit in Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Deep SAP Expertise
  You’ll need hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO), including configuration and implementation, ideally with certifications and exposure to Group Reporting, Central Finance, Treasury, or FSCM.
• Architecture & Solution Design Mastery
  Success depends on your ability to define architecture deliverables, apply Cummins’ frameworks (CTRM, CLEAN), and ensure solutions meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Risk & Issue Management
  Proactively identifying and managing risks and issues will be critical to maintaining project momentum and ensuring successful delivery of architectural solutions.
   

Education, Licenses, Certifications: 
College, university, or equivalent degree in relevant technical discipline, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 

Experience: 
Significant experience in a relevant discipline area is required with a demonstrated track record of architecture and design for cloud-based platforms. Knowledge of the latest trends in emerging technologies is highly preferred and includes: 
- Analyzing complex business systems, industry requirements, and governance and creating solution designs from them
