Maintenance Mechanic Full Time Days Position Summary
Attends to all maintenance needs in the hospital
THE MAINTENANCE MECHANIC FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education/Other Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college or vocational training preferred.
Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years of electrical experience required. 5+ years preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: American Heart Association BLS certification required within orientation.
Performs routine maintenance tasks. Responds to hot/cold calls, changing out lighting, minor repairs to equipment, routine plumbing calls, replacing ceiling tiles, minor window, and roof repairs, and conducts daily rounds of the facility to maintain a safe environment. Assists other trades when additional help is required.
Education:Required: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field
Required: 2 years experience with a contractor or work in another type of trade.
