Supply Chain Program Manager / Sr. Manager

To support our growth, Corsair is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager responsible to drive Supply Chain improvement activities related to Digital Supply Chain Transformation initiatives. This role is strategic, requires proactive analytical thinking and is key to meeting our objectives across all product segments and rapidly growing market. Program Manager is expected to be an in-house subject matter expert for Supply Chain Processes and provide guidance and leadership to complex cross functional projects. Additionally responsible for ownership of documentation of To-Be processes.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Drive process improvements by determining gaps or inefficiencies in current process, work within team and cross functionally if needed to gain alignment and implement.
- Provide expect guidance to leadership team on Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools to focus on effective materials management, supply/demand planning, inventory management, procurement and logistics
- Effectively plan requirements with internal customers and usher programs through the entire lifecycle. It includes communication of all project timelines, deliverables, and risks associated to the project
- Define, design, and implement new supply/demand planning KPIs to support the Demand Driven Supply Chain network to understand health and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, lower costs or reduce risks.
- Develop training material/documentation and conduct 1:1/Team training sessions with planners to integrate Oracle Planning Cloud to Supply chain processes.
- Identify demand and capacity imbalances and agree on a plan with the business via the S&OP process further working with planners to execute.
- Participate in New Product Launch teams, ensure new products are launched on-time and on-budget.
- Define and implement or update existing PBI reports to improve/enable demand-supply balancing analysis, create/reschedule POs, Backlog Order Promising and Rescheduling processes.
- Responsible for all testing activities to ensure business requirements are achieved as part of Digital Transformation roll-out
- Act as the primary liaison between the planning team, IT and management to communicate issues and collaborate on resolutions.
Essential Skills and Experience:
You will need to be an ambitious professional with a strong background of supply chain planning, understanding best practices and key principles with a very strong working knowledge of analytics and reporting. - Experience with MRP systems and planning tools is required.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management for MRP using ERP
- Strong understanding of S&OP, Short- and Long-term Supply/Demand Planning, MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Order fulfillment, P2P, Transportation Planning,
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office Applications, including advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to interpret multiple data inputs simultaneously, synthesize the information quickly, make data-driven decisions, and clearly communicate to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing objectives effectively and make decisions that deliver the best overall business results for Corsair.

REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related disciplines or equivalent experience
- Requires 7+ years of detailed scheduling and material planning experience in a fast-paced consumer electronics environment.
- In-depth experience with MRP/ERP and BI reporting tools, using Oracle EBS/Cloud, Oracle Planning Cloud with multiple implementations and MS Power BI
- Applied knowledge of forecasting, MRP, transportation, supply chain, inventory management and warehousing disciplines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
