The Opportunity
The Marvell Advanced Packaging Team is responsible for developing new packaging technologies to be used in future cloud data centers, enterprise and automotive applications. The team is comprised of mechanical, electrical and computer science engineers that are responsible for delivering these advanced technologies to the marketJob Responsibilities:
Design and electrical modeling of high-speed packaging structures
Modeling and analyzing power delivery networks
Developing innovative chip/interposer/package/PCB co-design tools & methodologies
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must be currently pursuing a PhD in electrical engineering or advanced packaging.
Must have familiarity with interpreting electrical simulation results such as IR Drop reports and S-parameter data
Must have experience with at least one of the following programming languages –tcl, Java, Python, Perl, Skill, C++
Preferred Qualifications:
Packaging design experience with flip chip packages or PCB design experience
Electrical modeling experience of high-speed interposer and package structures
