Product Designer - Hybrid

Job Opportunity: Our team is seeking a talented Product to work in our Washington, DC location. 

What You'll Get to Do as a Product Designer:

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

• You will be responsible for every aspect of a system's user experience - the overall flow and layout of the screens, the fields and information presented, the actions and interactions that are provided, and the visualizations of the data.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered product designs.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into compelling design solutions.
• Produce journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance user interaction and engagement.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.
• Ensure consistency in design across all products and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and user experience.

• BS degree with 8+ years of solid experience in UX Design, Interaction Design or Information Architecture including an ability to define and drive the process.
• Hands-on experience in user research, sketching solutions and wire-framing,
• Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and to influence client strategy, tactics, and perceptions.
• Must be a US Citizen to obtain a DHS suitability clearance
