In this role, you will:

  • Serves as communications and change management advisor to the North America Supply Chain Digital Systems Director and team members.

  • Design comprehensive strategies to manage change, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, training programs, and resistance mitigation tactics. 

  • Analyze the potential effects of new changes on different businesses, roles, and employees to identify potential challenges and areas for support. 

  • Identify key stakeholders, building relationships, and effectively communicating change initiatives to gain buy-in and support. 

  • Develop and deliver clear, consistent messaging to employees about upcoming changes, addressing concerns, and providing updates on progress. 

  • Facilitate training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and systems. Build a network at the manufacturing site level.

  • Proactively identify and address resistance to change, provide support and guidance to individuals impacted by the transition. 

  • Support the respective project’s Steering Team meetings to review and approve change requests, manage the change process, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. 

  • Partner with key project leaders to track the implementation of change initiatives

This role can be remote in the following states: Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Texas, or Wisconsin
