<p></p><p></p><p>For our Clinical Trial Supply department, in Marburg, Bern, Zürich or King of Prussia, we are looking for a</p><p></p><p>Global Planner, Clinical Trial Supply (m/f/x)</p><p><span>R-251735</span></p><p>Fulltime / permanent / tariff</p><p><span>Internal job title: </span><a href="https://cslpromise.sharepoint.com/:b:/r/sites/GermanCompensation-AufgabenbeschreibungenDeutschland/Shared%20Documents/Aufgabenbeschreibungen%20Deutschland/Sachbearbeitung/Global%20Planner%20CTS%20Supply%20Chain.pdf?csf=1&amp;web=1&amp;e=uKXpck" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><span>Global Planner CTS Supply Chain </span></a></p><p><span>Internal closing date: 08.04.2025</span></p><p></p><p></p><p>The Opportunity</p><p></p><ul><li><span>Responsible for efficient, cost-effective clinical trial supply planning and management for low complexity studies</span></li><li><span>Performs planning and forecasting of drug volume requirements sample collection, analysis and ensures proper storage, transportation and archiving</span></li><li><span>Assists with selection and management of external service providers in compliance with outsourcing strategy to assure cost efficient and high quality services</span></li><li><span>Leverages CSL's interactive response technology (IRT) system to support clinical supply management activities</span></li><li><span>Authors/reviews critical study documents (e.g. study protocol, product dossiers, handling instructions, study reports)</span></li><li><span>Leads or participates in global CTS project meetings with internal and external team members</span></li><li><span>Partners with R&amp;D and other functions to ensure optimal use of systems and processes to support clinical trial supply chain</span></li><li><span>Supports continuous improvements in clinical drug supply and revises SOPs to ensure ongoing compliance and efficient conduct of clinical trial supply activities</span></li></ul><p></p><p>Your Skills and Experience</p><ul><li><span>University degree (BSc, MSc) in life sciences, engineering, logistics or equivalent experience</span></li><li><span>5+ years' experience in clinical research and/or clinical supply management or global R&amp;D project management in the pharmaceutical industry</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of ICH-GCP regulations and the conduct of clinical studies</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of cGMP and cGDP regulations</span></li></ul><p>What we offer</p><ul><li><span>Hybrid working models.  </span></li><li><span>Learning opportunities with our CSL Academy. </span></li><li><span>Global and diverse environment with modern workspaces. </span></li><li><span>Up to two additional leave days for your personal wellbeing. </span></li></ul><p></p><p>For more information, please check out our global benefits below</p><p></p><p>We are looking forward to your application.
