Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant is a dynamic role that primarily focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support across various areas, including Compliance and Marketing. The individual in this position will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Facilitating scheduling and calendar management.

  • Overseeing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and maintaining organized files.

  • Handling phone calls professionally and addressing inquiries promptly.

Compliance Duties:

  • Assisting with compliance monitoring and generating detailed reports.

  • Reviewing, updating, and enhancing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

  • Maintaining meticulous records of compliance activities.

  • Assisting with the development and delivery of compliance training and educational programs.

Marketing Duties:

  • Assisting with the creative process, including the design and layout of marketing materials.

  • Proofreading and reviewing design creations to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Identifying target audiences and contributing to the development of strategic marketing campaigns.

  • Assisting with the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, tracking their success and making necessary adjustments.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

  • Experience with design software and email marketing platforms is a significant advantage.

  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
