Second Shift Seasonal HR Coordinator Position

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR department during our peak season. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for HR. Position will last to mid/late December.

Shift

• This is a part time temporary position through end of December
• Mid Shift Hours 3 pm - 8 pm
• We do ask that the individual in this role be flexible with their hours and understand that there may be a few weeks where 7 days a week may be required if necessary. 

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed

- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees as needed

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures

- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing

- Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives

- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
