Entry Level Field Service Technician

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer sites. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in technical service, as training and mentorship will be provided.
Salary: $18-20/hr

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites to support the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure proper functionality of systems.
• Assist senior technicians with technical service calls and larger-scale projects.
• Accurately document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining work performed and answering questions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during field service operations.
