Human by nature.</p> <p><br/> <b>Overall mission:</b></p> <p> </p> <p>- Support category managers in STC activities</p> <p>- Support Procurement in contract administration and ensure operationalization of contracts through content management</p> <p>- Ensure overall consistency of sourcing data</p> <p>- Ensure correct and daily execution of main responsibilities in contract administration and content management according to the requirements specified in your job description</p> <p>- Take direction from the Team Lead and others in the team on specific tasks</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Contacts:</b></p> <p> </p> <p>- Head of STC value services, Category Manager, Spot Buyer, RM R&amp;F Team, DTC &amp; supply chains partners, Vendor</p> <p>- You will be reporting to the RM Procurement Content Management. Team Leader</p> <p> </p> <p><u><b>Main responsibilities:</b></u></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Operational Excellence:</b></p> <p> </p> <p>- Support contract creation and maintenance, provide ad-hoc analysis and template to category managers </p> <p>- Monitor Contract consumption and manage Quantity re-allocation </p> <p>- Monitor sourcing data automatic creation, troubleshoot problems and coordinate resolution with cross functional teams (EDM, Quality, Regulatory, category manager)</p> <p>- Maintain sourcing data for global products (PIR / SL)</p> <p>- Monitor consistency of sourcing data and coordinate alignment with category manager and planning</p> <p>- Monitor accuracy and maintain Category cards (Cat Man resp --&gt; Global/Regional: source assignment rules / Spot Buy: sourcing instructions)</p> <p>- Vendor/Material Qualification process monitoring</p> <p>- Support material localization</p> <p>. Support head of STC value services on ad-hoc projects related to their scope of responsibility</p> <p>- Perform statistical analysis autonomously</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Collaboration:</b></p> <p> </p> <p>- In absence of the line manager to represent the team on assigned meeting, incl.
