About the role

AI Strategy and Program Management Lead

Key Role:

Provides advisory services on current and emerging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to support organizational goals and strategy. Applies advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction and mentors and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with delivering technology consulting services, software products, or solutions to US government customers

  • Experience with managing dispersed teams and collaborating with top-level clients

  • Experience with business development and growing an AI or analytics business in the US Public Sector

  • Experience developing product and go-to-market strategies for new solutions for the US Government clients

  • Experience working with AI technology stack and practices

  • Knowledge of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices, including data architecture, data quality, metadata management, and master data management

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Library Science

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with improving processes and efficiencies in data and team management

  • Experience with establishing enterprise-wide agile processes, standards, policies that drive master data and metadata management

  • Experience with delivering enterprise-scale solutions, preferable with data management, governance, or analytics within government or similarly regulated environments

  • Experience with developing high-quality briefings for senior Federal Government leadership

  • Experience with modern Cloud computing technologies, including AWS or Azure

  • Possession of excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Library Science, or a related field

  • AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure Certification

  • Project Management Professional Certification
