About the Job – Your Role
The primary purpose of this position is to develop employee skills and knowledge by assessing, designing, delivering, and evaluating clinical training to staff. Working under the framework of adult learning and continuing professional education, this position develops specialized clinical curriculum for delivery at new employee training, annual training, and specialized training to Health Services professionals and other ODOC employees.
The position is responsible for:
Creating and presenting professional clinical curriculum to health services staff to orient and support new staff, enhance clinical skills, optimize performance, and maintain profes
