Orthodontic Technician (Ortho Tech)

Location: Pocatello, Idaho

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our clinical operations, ensuring top-quality care, and helping patients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for patients, families, and colleagues.

• Deliver high-quality clinical support within scheduled appointment times.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and how to care for their orthodontic appliances.

• Prepare treatment trays, manage clinical supplies, and support orthodontic procedures.

• Perform digital charting, x-rays, intraoral photography, and patient instructions.

• Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly disinfected and sterilized.

• Serve as a liaison between patients and the orthodontist to ensure clear communication.

• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including phone calls and scheduling.

• Travel to other office locations as necessary.

• Be flexible with your schedule, including occasional extended hours for patient care.

• Uphold privacy standards by adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
