Senior Enrollment Manager 

 

Summary 

The Senior Enrollment Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic enrollment plans to attract, recruit, and retain students. This role involves managing a team, analyzing enrollment trends, collaborating with marketing and academic departments, and ensuring a seamless admissions process that aligns with institutional goals. 

 

Responsibilities 

Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.  Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. 

Strategic Planning & Execution 

• Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies to meet institutional goals.
• Analyze market trends and demographic data to inform recruitment efforts.
• Forecast enrollment numbers and adjust strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership 

• Supervise and mentor enrollment staff, including Enrollment Advisors and support personnel.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.

Recruitment & Outreach 

• Oversee domestic and international recruitment initiatives when needed. 

• Build relationships with partner schools, internal departments, and other partners. 

Admissions Operations 

• Ensure efficient processing of applications and timely communication with prospective students. 

• Collaborate with Marketing, Student Services, IT and CRM teams to optimize admissions systems and data management. 

• Monitor and improve the learner experience by coaching and developing staff. 

Collaboration & Communication 

• Work closely with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and materials. 

• Partner with academic departments to align enrollment goals with program offerings. 

• Report regularly to senior leadership on enrollment metrics and progress. 

Compliance & Reporting 

• Ensure adherence to institutional policies and regulatory requirements. 

• Prepare and present reports on enrollment trends, conversion rates, and other KPIs. 

  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in education, business, marketing, or a related field. 

• 5–7+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or related areas. 

• Proven leadership and team management experience. 

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. 

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau) and data analysis tools.
