• Performs installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunications systems.
• Provide 24/7 infrastructure monitoring, notification, administrative support, logging, ticketing and reporting for supported systems
• Coordinates with watch staff for situational awareness and support actions, and with customers and support personnel to provide notification and response to event activity
• Perform router and switch updates in support of security actions.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 2pm - 10pm OR Sunday through Thursday 10pm - 6am

Requirements

TS/SCI with poly required

• Fifteen (15) years of related experience and a Bachelor of Science
• Five (5) years of experience may be substituted for a degree
• Creative problem solving

• GICSP
• GSEC
• Security+
• CND
• SSCP
• CASP
• CCNP Security
• CISA
• CISSP
• GCED
• GCIH
