Job Description

AECOM is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Employer Brand & Talent Attraction to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President in Global Communications, this person will be responsible for partnering with the talent acquisition, marketing and communications teams to bring the employer brand and employee value proposition to life and position AECOM as the best place to be in our industry.

This role will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules (including both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual) to be based in either Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust annual employer branding activation plan that is aligned to talent acquisition and business priorities
  • Ensure our employee value proposition is clearly and consistently represented throughout the candidate journey and across all touchpoints
  • Manage global recruitment marketing efforts and partner with talent acquisition and marketing teams to drive recruiting campaigns aimed at increasing career site traffic and applications, growing brand awareness and improving candidate quality; Share best practices and learnings and ensure consistency in branding across activities
  • Develop and maintain a recruitment marketing dashboard to monitor global effectiveness and impact of campaigns and communications on recruiting objectives
  • Research and understand talent targets, industry labor supply and demand, and competitive landscape to support and advise on talent attraction efforts
  • Produce and manage content for careers website, collateral, CRM, blogs, social media and other channels
  • Manage team projects and oversee direct reports in day-to-day talent attraction activities
  • Establish and implement a global approach to collecting, measuring and reporting on performance metrics across all talent attraction activities
  • Support and train recruiting teams and hiring managers to tell the AECOM story confidently and consistently and foster a positive candidate interview experience

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS plus at least 10 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, human resources or related fields, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including at least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of employer brand management and building compelling and engaging recruitment marketing content and campaigns
  • Understanding of how to track and evaluate metrics associated with recruiting and marketing campaigns in order to determine ROI
  • Client-service orientation and strong communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence and project manage multiple stakeholders within a global, matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SmartRecruiters or similar ATS and/or digital asset management tools as well as job posting sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Experience optimizing HR tech stack and digital marketing platforms to support talent attraction initiatives
  • Experience within a similarly large, complex, global organization
  • Ability to develop engaging talent/employer brand content
  • Experience managing and coaching geographically dispersed team
